Return & Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- With all original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Returned in the same form as delivered
Non-returnable items:

- Customized products
- Used or worn jewellery/watches
Return Process

- Mention your order number and reason for return.
- Attach clear photos/videos of the product showing the issue (if any).
- Once your return request is approved, we will share the return address.
Inspection & Approval
All returned items will go through a quality inspection.
- If the item is damaged due to Bazellaz's fault, we will offer a full refund.
- If the damage occurred due to mishandling by the customer, the return will be declined.
Refund Details
- Refunds are issued via bank transfer only.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after item inspection.
Shipping Costs
- Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping must be paid by the customer.
